Who We Are

The Kiwanis Club of Twin Cities was chartered on January 28, 1958 with 48 members. In the over 50 years the club has made a tremendous contribution to the Kitchener Waterloo area. Through fellowship with members of every age, we raise money for various causes and participate in service projects that help our community.

We are a very diverse group of individuals with many different skills who have great fun serving our community.

Founded in 1915, Kiwanis International (www.kiwanis.org) is a global organization of clubs and members dedicated to serving the children of the world and developing youth leaders. Kiwanis and its family of clubs, including Circle K International for university students, Key Club for students age 14-18, Builders Club for students age 11-14, Kiwanis Kids for students age 6-12 and Aktion Club for adults living with disabilities, dedicate annually more than 18 million service hours to strengthen communities and serve children.
